TalentBridge RPO provides recruitment, executive search and managed workforce services from Metro Manila, Philippines. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information belonging to clients, candidates and website visitors. We handle all personal data in line with Republic Act No. 10173, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Information we collect

• Client details — company name, contact person, work email, phone number, hiring requirements and role briefs.
• Candidate details — name, contact information, CV, work history, skills, references and interview notes.
• Website data — basic usage information such as pages viewed, collected through standard cookies and analytics.

How we use your information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, deliver managed workforce services, keep records of our engagements, and improve our website and service quality. We do not sell personal information.

When we share information

Candidate information is shared with a prospective client only with the candidate's knowledge and as part of an active recruitment process. We may share limited information with service providers who support our operations — such as hosting, email and analytics providers — under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Security and retention

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal information, object to certain processing, and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer.
