Data Protection

Last updated: June 2026

Our commitment

As a recruitment business, we handle CVs, contact details and confidential hiring information every day. Protecting that data is part of how we operate, not an afterthought. This page summarises the safeguards and standards behind our handling of personal information.

Regulatory compliance

We comply with Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission. Where we serve clients in other jurisdictions, we also aim to respect applicable privacy expectations such as the GDPR.

Lawful basis and purpose

We process personal information on the basis of consent, contract, or legitimate recruitment interest. Data is collected for clearly defined purposes: evaluating candidates, delivering recruitment and managed workforce services, and communicating with clients and applicants.

Retention

We keep candidate and client records only as long as necessary for the purpose collected, or to meet legal and contractual obligations. Records no longer needed are securely deleted.

Cross-border transfer

Because we connect Philippine talent with international clients, some information may be shared across borders as part of a live recruitment process. We take steps to ensure any transfer is protected by appropriate confidentiality and security commitments.

Security measures

We use access controls, secure storage, and staff confidentiality obligations to protect the information we hold. Access is limited to team members who need it to perform their role.

Breach response

If a personal data breach occurs, we investigate promptly, mitigate the impact, and notify affected individuals and the National Privacy Commission where required by law.
