Purpose of this notice

If you apply through TalentBridge RPO or are contacted by our team, this notice explains how we handle the personal information you share with us as a candidate.

What we collect from candidates

• Your profile — name, contact details, location and the roles you are interested in.
• Your CV and history — employment history, skills, qualifications, references and interview notes.
• Assessment data — scorecard and shortlist results recorded during an active search.

How we use candidate data

We use your information to assess your suitability, match you with relevant roles, coordinate interviews, and share your profile with a prospective client as part of a live recruitment process. We do not sell candidate data.

Who we share your information with

Your profile is shared with a client only when a relevant role is open and you are part of an active shortlist. We may also use trusted service providers for hosting and communications, bound by confidentiality obligations.

Retention

We retain candidate records for as long as needed to consider you for current and future roles, or until you ask us to remove them. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, withdraw your consent, or ask us to stop sharing your profile with clients. To do so, contact our Data Protection Officer using the details on our Data Protection page.
